2)Cable conductor applies to long-term maximum working temperature:
Polyethylene (PE) insulated cable:70℃;
cross- linked polyethylene insulated cable:90℃;
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated cable:70℃,90℃,105℃;
Low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin (HFPO) insulated cable:70℃,90℃.
3)The minimum installation temperature of cable:polyethylene-jacketed cable:- 20℃; PVC sheathed cable and low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin sheathed cable:0℃.
The Cable should be preheating,if the temperature less than the minimum installation temperature.
4)The capacitance shielded group work(1kHz):
a. for PE or XLPE insulated cable≤100pF/m;
b. for PVC insulated cable≤180pF/m
5)Distributed inductance between the cable wires≤0.8μH/m
6)Capacitance cable group of the imbalance:When the Test Frequency is 1kHz and cable length is
250m,it should not be more than 300 PF.
7)Permissible bending radius of the cable:
For armored cable or Wrapped shielding cable, not less than 12 times of cable diameter;
for other structured cable,not less than 6 times of cable diameter.
8)The combustion characteristics of cable:The bunched flame retardant cable can bear rule of
GB/T18380.3 (IEC60332.3)bunched nonflammable test.
When burn Low-smoke and low halogen bunched flame retardant cable,smoke density should
be in accordance with rule of GB/T17651(IEC61034).
In combustion gas,HC≤100mg/g ,should be in accordance with the rule of GB /T17650 (IEC60754–1).
When burn Low-smoke and Low-halogen bunched flame retardant cable,Combustion gas water solution
precipitation pH≥4.3,electroconductibility≤10μs/mm,should be in accordance with the rule of
GB/T17650 (IEC60754-2).
